Congratulations, by now you must have received a communication from Technosium confirming your selection as a professional speaker at the upcoming Technosium 2008 Conference and Expo. You are now a part of the elite professionals who will be speaking at the global event Technosium 2008 in Silicon Valley. Here are the final steps that you need to take to confirm your speaking session with Technosium 2008. Don't forget, with your "Speaker's Badge" you are eligible to attend the Technosium Networking Party on January 29, 2008 5 - 7PM at Santa Clara Convention Center, Santa Clara CA 95054. Live Band, music, food, drinks and plenty of old and new friends, professionals and industry leaders you can mix around with. STEP 1: Please download the "Speakers Agreement" and fax it to us at +1 408 228-8122 asap. This is very important as your speaking slot may be given to someone else if we do not receive this signed consent form from you by the due date. If you cannot attend as a speaker, then this is the time to send an email to speakers@technosium.com so that we can give your speaking slot to another company. STEP 2: Please visit the Conference Agenda page and verify that the session title, abstract, and your name, title and company have no errors. If there are any edits required, send the complete corrected paragraph to speakers@technosium.com asap. STEP 4: Please email speakers@technosium.com a jpeg image of the speaker with the image file named as follows: firstname_lastname_company.jpeg example: John_Doe_Nets.jpg
STEP 5: Make online hotel reservations at Hyatt Regenecy in Santa Clara, which is also the Technosium official recommended hotel and is connected to the Convention Center. CLICK HERE for online reservations.
STEP 6: To get higher visibility for your company and products, you may also recommened the event management within your company to secure a booth and display your company products thereby spending maximum time with the attendees. A 10' x 10' booth price begins just at $2,850 making it affordable for companies to actually show their products to the attendees. STEP 7: Each session is for 50 minutes with 5 minutes before and after for setting up your laptop PC with the projector. If you want to have Q&A then your sessions and Q&A must still be within the 50 minute time limit. IMPORTANT - you must complete your session within the 50 minute allocated to you. CLICK HERE to download the Technosium 2008 template. Please use this template to prepare your slides. A complete set of slides must be emailed to us/or mailed on a disc by January 23, 2008.
STEP 8: This step will be taken by us. We will send an email to you confirming that all the requirements have been met.
